Volunteers spread fruits in Brazil’s Pantanal to feed hungry animals

The soil in the region has been dry and the trees do not bear fruits since fire reached the Pantanal, in 2020. More than 80% of the Encontro das Águas Park had been destroyed by fire and the flames are now spreading again across the region.

The Encontro das Águas Park concentrates the largest number of jaguars in the world.
